Returns Policy
Our job is to make you happy! If you're not pleased with your purchase, send the item back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You can contact us by filling out the form below.
Make sure to include "Attention Returns" in the subject line and the best way to reach you somewhere in the email. Return postage costs are at your expense.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase and want to receive a refund.
- All returns & exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.
- All items must be returned in their original unworm condition with tags attached.
- We will issue a full refund back onto the original card which was used to purchase the item within 7 business days of us receiving returned package.
- We do not refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
EXCHANGES
If the size which you ordered doesn’t fit or you would like to exchange an item which you bought from us, simply place a new order online and then follow the steps above for a normal return.
NON-REFUNDABLES
The following are some items which we do not refund or exchange.
- -Returns received after 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
- -Sale Items
- -Returns that we receive that have been damaged, worn and/or washed
- -All sale items are final
